Terms and Conditions of the Medi-Weightloss Clinics® Franchisee Referral Promotion

  1. All referring parties agree to strictly comply with the Federal Trade Commission's regulations that prohibit the making of any financial performance representations of any kind to any potential franchisees.
  2. Medi-Weightloss Franchising USA, LLC, is conducting this promotion, and is responsible for all aspects of it. Medi-Weightloss Franchising USA, LLC has the final decision making authority on all issues and disputes concerning this promotion and payment of the referral fee, and in its sole discretion may terminate, extend, amend or adjust this promotion at any time for any reason with or without notice.
  3. This promotion is effective January 2011 all contract and funding must be complete by December 1, 2011. Medi-Weightloss Franchising USA, LLC will pay a referral fee for which a Franchise Agreement is signed as a result of what we deem, in our sole discretion, to be a referral by you. This referral fee is not earned and not payable if the new franchisee is an existing franchisee, and it is not earned and not payable for purchases/transfers of existing Medi-Weightloss Clinics® locations. The fee is also not earned and not payable for leads that Medi-Weightloss Franchising USA, LLC has previously received from other sources.
  4. To be eligible, all referrals must be submitted via the website using the Referral Form. Referrals submitted any other way (i.e. fax or mail) will be deemed invalid for the Promotion.
  5. Only one referral fee will be paid regardless of the number of new franchises purchased by that new franchisee.
  6. Unless otherwise agreed to by all parties involved, Medi-Weightloss Franchising USA, LLC will not split the referral fee, and will pay the referral fee to the referral source first identified to Medi-Weightloss Franchising USA, LLC.
  7. The referral fee will be paid to the appropriate recipient within thirty (30) days of Medi-Weightloss Franchising USA, LLC receiving the franchise fee from the new franchisee for the new Medi-Weightloss Clinics® franchise.
