  • Potential Franchisee will be contacted and preliminary discussions will begin
  • Information Package will be sent which contains our Non-Disclosure Agreement, Request for Information Form, and Franchise Application
  • Second phone conversation or meeting takes place
  • Franchise Disclosure Document is sent as per Request for Information instructions. All owners/investors must have the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) for 16 days prior to contracting

Discovery Day

Disovery Day is held at our Corporate Office in Tampa, Florida.

  • Meet our Executive and Corporate Teams
  • Full company overview and presentations by our Business Development, Clinic Management, Marketing and Medical professionals

Contracting Begins

  • Collection of documents needed for contracting
  • Legal Department begins work on contracts within 48 hours
  • Contracts are sent to potential franchisee to begin nine day waiting period
  • Hard copy of contracts are mailed to potential franchisee two days after they are emailed
  • Executed contracts and funds can be received at Medi-Weightloss Clinics® once the waiting period is complete

What is the profitability of the business?

There is no simple answer to this question. There are many variables that make it impossible to predict future profitability with certainty, such as location, sales, competition, and your ability to manage and grow the business. For these reasons and because of franchise law, we do not predict sales, costs, or profits for any future Medi-Weightloss Clinics®. We encourage you to discuss the business with our existing franchisees as well as a competent attorney and accountant.
