Each franchise is assigned a Franchise Field Consultant who will serve as the liaison for franchise operations. Under the supervision of the Vice President of Clinic Management and through continuous cooperation and communication with the Medical Affairs, Marketing, IT, and Executive Departments, the Franchise Field Consultants personify our Brand and supervise the development and implementation of ongoing business and marketing plans. Your Franchise Field Consultant will closely monitor your franchise's performance on key performance indicators and compare them to established benchmarks in all areas of operations, including, but not limited to:
- Sales-to-Closing Ratios
- New Patients
- Patient Retention and Satisfaction
- Patient Referral Sources
- Marketing Plan Development and Return on Investment
- Average Daily Revenue
- Staffing Models
- Process Improvement and Productivity
